This privacy notice is intended to provide information on the processing, purposes, methods and, in general, the treatment of personal data processed through the website https://www.camcom.bz.it/en

2. Purpose of personal data processing and legal basis

The Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano/Bozen guarantees, within the framework of the regulatory requirements, that the processing of personal data through the Website will be carried out in compli-ance with the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the human dignity of the natural person, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

In compliance with the conditions of lawfulness provided for in Article 6 of GDPR 2016/679, the personal data you provide through the Website may be processed by Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano/Bozen for the following purposes:

a. Correct management of the services offered by the Chamber of Commerce via the website (Section “Services”)

This processing of personal data is necessary for performance of the service you have requested (Article 6.1 a) of GDPR 2016/679).

b. Managing communications and requests

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. This data processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller (Art. 6.1 e) GDPR 2016/679).

c. Institutional communications of general interest

Institutional communication activities to promote awareness as well as to promote public understanding and use of the services made available by the Chamber of Commerce. Such processing is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest or in connection with the exercise of public authority vested in the Data Controller (Art. 6 e) GDPR 2016/679).

3. Type of Data processed

For the above-mentioned purposes, the following personal data may be processed:

a. personal data (e.g. name, surname, fiscal code, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address) provided in the event of contact via the methods provided for on the Website;

b. personal data collected during navigation (Log Files). The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their ordinary operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This information contains only data relating to the navigation of users and no personal data of the same. This category of data includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used to provide the requested service and to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. Treatment will be carried out:

Your personal data will not be included in automated decision-making processes.

 

5. Retention of personal information

Personal data provided by you will be stored for a period no longer than is necessary to fulfil the obligations or purposes set out in point n. 2 of this privacy notice, with gradual removal of data that can be traced to specific purposes that are no longer pursued:
